NYP泵是容積(ji)式内齧合(hé)齒輪泵,主(zhǔ)動齒輪(外(wài)轉子)帶動(dòng)被動齒輪(lún)(内轉子)旋(xuan)轉時,不📞斷(duan)産生封🌈閉(bi)的空間,在(zài)吸油區齒(chi)輪逐漸脫(tuo)離齧合而(ér)液體不斷(duàn)地充滿齒(chǐ)間并被帶(dai)到出油區(qu),齒輪在出(chū)油區進入(rù)齧合時液(yè)體被排出(chu)。兩個旋轉(zhuan)齒輪的共(gòng)同作用,形(xíng)成一個穩(wen)定的體積(ji)排量,沒😍有(you)脈動。由于(yu)泵是完全(quan)對稱的,泵(beng)可以反轉(zhuǎn),液流方向(xiang)也随之🙇♀️改(gǎi)變。但應注(zhu)🤟意,泵的轉(zhuǎn)向可能受(shòu)到密封或(huò)泵内其它(tā)結構的限(xian)制,用🔴戶有(yǒu)反轉要求(qiu)時❌應在訂(dìng)貨時做出(chu)說明
該泵的流(liu)量可根據(jù)液體粘度(du)選擇合适(shì)的轉速來(lai)調整。由于(yú)泵的流量(liàng)取決于單(dān)轉排量和(hé)旋轉速度(dù),單轉☂️排量(liang)是泵軸旋(xuán)轉360度(du)的體積排(pai)量,實際上(shang),單轉排量(liàng)是在進出(chu)口壓差為(wei)零時泵轉(zhuǎn)㊙️一周的流(liú)量。各種規(gui)格的泵因(yīn)為幾何尺(chǐ)寸☀️已定,隻(zhī)有通過改(gai)變✊轉速來(lai)調整流量(liang)。轉速可由(yóu)改變馬達(da)的轉速或(huo)減速機的(de)速比而改(gai)變,也可用(yong)變速馬達(da)或可變速(su)減速機。
