　　高粘度泵(bèng)是容積式内齧(niè)合齒輪泵，主動(dòng)齒輪（外轉子）帶(dai)動被動齒輪（内(nèi)轉子）旋轉時，不(bú)斷産生封閉的(de)空間，在吸油區(qū)齒輪逐漸脫離(lí)齧合而液體不(bú)✍️斷地充滿齒間(jiān)并被帶到出油(yóu)區，齒輪在出油(you)區進入齧❤️合時(shi)液體被排📧出。兩(liǎng)個旋轉齒輪的(de)共同作用，形成(cheng)一個穩定的體(tǐ)積排量，沒有脈(mò)動。由于泵是完(wán)全對稱的，泵可(ke)👈以反轉，液流方(fāng)向也随之❗改變(biàn)。但應注💘意，泵的(de)轉向可能受到(dào)密封或泵💜内其(qí)它結構的限制(zhì)，用戶有反🈲轉要(yào)求時應在訂貨(huò)時做🏒出說明。　　

●高(gāo)粘度泵優點：

　　轉(zhuan)子泵的軸向位(wei)置可調，不需要(yao)拆泵。

　　不同(tóng)的使用條件，泵(bèng)的結構形式可(ke)能不同，具體應(yīng)用請向廠⛱️家👅或(huo)本公司客戶代(dai)表咨詢。需要指(zhi)出的是泵的轉(zhuǎn)速愈高，泵的磨(mó)損愈嚴重，液體(ti)中如含有磨料(liao)物質，泵的材料(liao)應💔選用耐磨材(cai)質，在此種工況(kuang)下，泵的壓力和(hé)轉速都應降低(di)，高溫條件下，則(ze)應增加泵的間(jian)隙，并采用耐熱(re)材料 。

　　流動穩定(dìng)：流量與齒輪轉(zhuan)速成正比，與壓(yā)力無關

　　流動平(píng)穩：沒有脈動和(he)壓力波峰，不會(hui)産生管道顫👣動(dong)。

　　多功能性：僅僅(jin)通過調整轉子(zǐ)軸的位置，同一(yi)台泵既可以出(chū)😍來稀釋溶液又(yòu)可以出來瀝青(qing)，糖漿，樹脂，聚合(hé)🤞物等高粘度液(yè)體。

　　可逆性：可以(yǐ)通過改變齒輪(lun)的旋轉方向使(shi)液體反向流動(dong)，兩種方向都能(neng)充分發揮泵的(de)性能

　　自吸性：由(you)泵産生高真空(kōng)，允許在最大自(zì)吸高度實現快(kuai)速自吸，取決于(yú)泵送液體的物(wu)理特性（溫度，蒸(zhēng)汽壓⭕力，粘度等(děng)）。

磨損調節(jiē)系統：轉子邊緣(yuan)的磨損可以通(tong)過調整轉子軸(zhou)的位置來補償(chang)。這樣，即使在有(you)相當大的磨損(sun)的情況下，也可(ke)以保證泵的穩(wěn)定性。

　　高粘度泵額定(dìng)的壓力是指泵(beng)連續工作時的(de)最高許用⛷️壓力(li)，而其工作壓力(li)則決定于外部(bu)負載，安裝和調(diao)試的🐉壽命與其(qi)工作壓力直接(jie)相關。對于不頻(pin)繁工作的齒輪(lun)泵，其工作壓力(lì)可取為泵的額(é)定壓力，考慮到(dao)産品質量不同(tóng)，最🐪好将額定壓(ya)力降低20%～30%使用。對(dui)于經常工作于(yu)較高壓力下的(de)齒輪泵，其工作(zuò)壓力應比泵的(de)額定壓力低1～2個(gè)壓力級。石油化(hua)工設備常常是(shì)24小時連續運轉(zhuan)，這時泵的工作(zuò)壓力應該取得(dé)比額定壓力低(dī)👣得多，且工作轉(zhuan)速也應該低于(yú)額定轉速。如果(guo)高粘度齒輪泵(bèng)的工作壓力調(diao)整過高，則會使(shǐ)齒輪泵在超負(fù)荷下運行。High viscosity pump rated pressure refers to the maximum allowable pump continuous work pressure, and its working pressure is determined by the external load, installation and commissioning of life is directly related with work pressure.For not frequent work gear pump, the working pressure is desirable for the rated pressure of the pump, taking the quality into consideration, it is best to used pressure rated lower 20% ~ 30%.For often work under high pressure gear pump, the working pressure shall be lower than the rated pressure of the pump 1 ~ 2 pressure level.Petrochemical equipment are often 24 hours of continuous operation, and at this time of the pump working pressure should be obtained was much lower than the rated pressure, and the work speed should be lower than the rated speed.If the high viscosity gear pump high pressure adjustment, will make the pump running under overload.

●NYP高粘(zhān)度泵的安裝與(yǔ)試運轉

　　Installation and commissioning

　　高粘度(dù)泵的支座或法(fa)蘭與其驅動電(dian)機應采用共🧡同(tóng)的安裝基礎，基(jī)礎、法蘭或支座(zuò)均需具有足夠(gòu)的剛度，以減小(xiao)齒輪泵運轉時(shi)産生的振動和(he)噪聲。電動機與(yu)齒輪泵須用彈(dan)性聯軸器連接(jie)，同軸度小于0.1毫(hao)米，傾斜角不得(de)大于1度。安裝聯(lian)軸器時不得用(yòng)錘敲打，以免傷(shang)害齒輪泵的齒(chi)輪等零件。若用(yong)帶輪、鍊輪等驅(qu)動時應設托架(jia)支承，以🐇防主✊動(dong)齒輪軸承受徑(jing)向力。緊固齒輪(lun)泵、電動機的地(di)腳螺釘時，螺釘(dìng)受力應均勻，連(lián)接可靠。用手轉(zhuan)動聯軸器時，應(yīng)感覺到齒輪泵(beng)能夠輕松地轉(zhuǎn)動，沒有卡緊等(deng)異常現象出現(xian)，然後💁才可以配(pei)管。高粘度齒輪(lún)泵的吸油管道(dao)内徑應足夠大(dà)，并避免狹窄通(tong)道或急🤞劇拐彎(wan)、彎頭，去除不必(bì)要的閥門、附件(jian)，盡可能地降☀️低(di)泵的安裝高度(du)，縮短吸油管道(dao)的長度，以減少(shǎo)壓👅力損失。管接(jie)頭等元件🎯的密(mi)封要良好，以防(fang)止空氣侵入，從(cóng)而控制氣穴與(yu)氣蝕的發生。在(zai)開始運轉前👄，往(wǎng)齒輪泵的殼體(ti)内灌滿待輸送(sòng)的液體，便于安(ān)全動。若環境溫(wēn)度😄低于冰點，應(yīng)預先向泵内通(tong)入熱蒸汽，進行(háng)預👨‍❤️‍👨熱處💚理，然後(hòu)才可啟動齒輪(lún)泵。齒輪泵的旋(xuan)轉方向要與進(jin)、出油口相符。齒(chǐ)輪泵若是第一(yī)次運行，或長期(qī)閑置後再使用(yòng)，最好在空載☎️或(huo)小⚽負荷情況下(xia)先跑合一小時(shí)左右。如果在跑(pao)合階段預先覺(jiao)出異常溫升、洩(xiè)漏、振動和噪聲(shēng)時，應機檢查。高(gao)粘度泵的出口(kǒu)管路上還應當(dang)設置安全閥等(děng)保護裝置，這樣(yang)一旦泵的出口(kǒu)通道發生堵塞(sai)，就可以打開安(an)全閥卸壓。對于(yú)需要正反轉的(de)高粘度齒輪泵(bèng)，其進出口管路(lu)上均需設置安(an)全閥。High viscosity pump bearing or flange and its drive motor should use common installation basis, foundation, flange or support all needs to have enough rigidity, to reduce the vibration of gear pump is running and noise.Motor and gear pump with elastic shaft coupling, coaxial degree is less than 0.1 mm, Angle shall not be greater than 1 degree.When installing coupling hammer shall not be used, in order to avoid damage gear and other parts of the gear pump.If use the belt wheel, wheel, etc, shall set bracket support, in case of driving gear bearing by the radial force.Ground screw fastening gear pump, motor, screw force should be uniform, reliable connection.Turn the coupling with the hand, should feel can easily turn the gear pump, no abnormal phenomenon such as clamping, then can be piping.High viscosity gear pump oil suction pipe diameter should be large enough, and to avoid the narrow channel, or a sharp bend, bend, remove unnecessary valves, fittings, as much as possible to reduce the installation height of pump, shorten the length of the oil suction pipe, in order to reduce the pressure loss.Components, such as pipe joint sealed well, in order to prevent the air intrusion, thus control air-pocket and the occurrence of cavitation.Before starting operation, to gear pump casing filled with liquid, easy to safety.If the environment temperature is below freezing, should advance to pump into the hot steam, preheating treatment, and then to start the pump.Direction of rotation of the gear pump, oil outlet in accord.Gear pump is the first run, or long-term idle before using, had better under the condition of no load or small load to run one hour or so.If in the running-in stage in advance the abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise, should machine inspection.High viscosity of the pump outlet pipe also shall set up relief valve or other protective device on the road, so that once the clogging pump export channels, can open the relief valve pressure relief.For high viscosity gear pump need positive &negative, import and export all needs to set up the line safety valve.
